Everything you're wondering
Will I look "done" or frozen?
No — our philosophy is subtle enhancement. We use conservative dosing and anatomical technique so you look refreshed, not different. You can always add more; you can't take it away, so we start where you're comfortable.
Does it hurt?
Most treatments are far more comfortable than people expect. We use topical numbing, ultra-fine needles and gentle techniques. Most clients rate injectables a 2–3 out of 10.
How much downtime should I plan for?
Wrinkle relaxers, HydraFacials, SkinVive and B12 have essentially none. Microneedling and peels may cause 1–3 days of redness or light flaking. Fillers can bruise for a few days — plan treatments at least two weeks before big events.
Why is there a consultation fee?
It reserves dedicated one-on-one time with our nurse injector — and it's fully credited toward any treatment or skincare purchase, so committed clients effectively consult for free.
Is this safe? Who performs the treatments?
All injectable treatments are performed by experienced, medically supervised nurse injectors using Health Canada–approved products, with full medical screening before any treatment.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 48 hours' notice to change or cancel so we can offer your spot to someone on our waitlist. Late cancellations may forfeit the booking deposit.
